Itinerary

Day: Description:
1-2 Delhi:
Arrive in Delhi and discover the capital’s most famous sites. You will explore Old Delhi on an exciting rickshaw ride, the perfect introduction to vibrant street life and markets. A city tour will introduce you to Delhi’s highlights. In your free time you can check out Connaught Place’s nearly endless shopping and dining venues.
3 Agra:
The intricacy and beauty of the Taj Mahal are legendary. Get to know the monument to love in the pinkish light of sunrise, and also visit the Red Fort. Learn the art of marble inlay at a local workshop, and take some time to relax at your hotel.
4-5 Ranthambore National Park:
India’s most famous national park is home to diverse wildlife and beautiful scenery. Game drives at dawn and dusk could bring you face to face with sambar deer, flying foxes, wild boar, jackal, leopards, and perhaps even one of the park’s elusive tigers.
6-7 Jaipur:
India’s 'Pink City' is where you will experience the City Palace, the Palace of Winds, and the stunning Amber Fort. You will have free time to relax at your historic hotel, or try your hands at bargaining the way the locals do for Rajasthani handicrafts at the Jaipur Market.
8-9 Khimsar:
Take a train journey from Jaipur to Ajmer, a thrilling way to travel. After lunch in holy Pushkar, continue on to Khimsar. Arrive at your magnificent desert camp by camel cart. See the wild black buck, Khimsar Fort and local villages on a fantastic, fun jeep safari.
10-12 Rohet Garh & Jodhpur:
Use the royal retreat of Rohetgarh as your base to explore the nearby ‘Blue City’ of Jodhpur. Bazaars, palaces and villages are yours to encounter. From the ramparts of the Meherangarh Fort you will get the best views of town. Your hotel has its own stables; perhaps you will chose to spend an afternoon horseback riding! Depart on day 12.
