 This active two-week adventure is a marvellous way to experience the beauty of Brazil's natural highlights. Challenge yourself on a 5 day hike along the Discovery Coast, raft at Paribuna River, and bike through at Itaipara and Serra dos Órgãos National Park.

Arrive Rio de Janeiro
Arrive in Rio at any time. |

Rio
Spend almost a full day in Rio enjoying everything that it is famous for, including it beaches, caipirinhas and friendly Cariocas before boarding an overnight bus to the town of Itamaraju before heading on to Prado. |
| 3-7 |
Discovery Coast Hike
Our hike will take us from Prado to Trancoso (110 kms). Upon arrival in Prado we will have time to rest before our hike along the Discovery Coast. On Day 4 we will set out along the beautiful beaches of northern Brazil where we will be treated to a cooling sea breeze and the sound of the waves crashing. |

Porto Seguro
Today you will finish off the hike in Trancoso and will be transfered to Porto Seguro where you can enjoy the old town, Passarela do Alcol and visit the former jail and monument that marks Goncal Coelho's landfall that has panoramic views and a small peaceful garden. Cidade Historica also has three churches built between 1530 and 1718 that are worth a visit. |

Rio de Janeiro
Today you will fly back to Rio where you can explore the famous sandy beaches of Rio on this free day, or take in breathtaking views from the ‘Christ the Redeemer’ statue and Sugar Loaf Mountain. |

Itaipava
Rafting day at Paraibuna River. Travel to Três Rios, our rafting location. After our adrenaline-pumping excursion, we go to Itaipava by van, our biking destination near Petrópolis and Serra dos Órgãos National Park. |

Enjoy two days biking in Itaipava / Petropolis. |

Rio de Janeiro
Return to Rio de Janeiro to share one last night on the town. |
