Hervey Bay:
Leave the urban sprawl behind and travel through the Sunshine Coast hinterland. Along the way, stop by a spectacular lagoon near Noosa Heads en route to Hervey Bay. Adored by anglers, it dishes up some mighty tasty seafood. |

Fraser Island:
Travel by ferry to an island paradise and explore washed-up, rusty shipwrecks, freshwater lakes, rugged sand dunes and lush rainforests. Take a 4WD for a cruise around the island, or venture out to Indian Heads for some shark-spotting. Round the day off with a game of beach cricket and a barbecue. |
